We care about clear interfaces, careful edge cases (offline, reconnects, duplicates), and code that another engineer can reason about in a week.
What you’ll do
- Design and ship features across widget, API, and team inbox
- Harden realtime delivery, presence, and read receipts
- Improve observability, rate limits, and abuse resistance
- Collaborate with design on flows that stay calm under load
