ApplyYou will own end-to-end product design for Lavenity: marketing clarity, the chat bubble, and the agent workspace. We want fewer screens, stronger hierarchy, and interactions that reduce anxiety for both visitor and agent.
You will sit close to engineering and to real support teams — prototypes should be ready to ship, not only to present.
What you’ll do
- Design the visitor widget and agent inbox as one coherent system
- Write crisp UI copy and empty states that explain themselves
- Prototype motion and hierarchy that guide attention without noise
- Partner with engineering from sketch to production polish
